Refund policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of the items sold at HillJack Hideaway Farmstead; RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

PERISHABLE FARM PRODUCTS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Farm products will be inspected at the time of delivery or customer pick up. Customer will validate/accept the product at the time of the transaction. Customer has the right to decline the transaction at the time of transfer but forfeits their deposit when HillJack Hideaway Farmstead meets the requirements of the agreement. The deposit is 100% refundable when HillJack Hideaway Farmstead is unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement. The deposit will be subtracted from the total sale amount.

NONPERISHABLE PRODUCTS: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Farm products will be inspected at the time of delivery or customer pick up. Customer will validate/inventory/accept the product at the time of the transaction. Damaged or missing pieces will be identified during the transfer of goods. HillJack Hideaway Farmstead will replace damaged parts prior to transaction completion. Customer has the right to decline the transaction at the time of transfer but forfeits their deposit when HillJack Hideaway Farmstead meets the requirements of the agreement. The deposit is 100% refundable when HillJack Hideaway Farmstead is unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement. The deposit will be subtracted from the total sale amount.  

Refunds
