The portion size being sold is identified within the purchase description. The price per pound listed is for the final processed meat (per pound) and includes delivery and processing fees. The animal becomes the possession of the customer when it is delivered to the processing facility. HillJack Hideaway Farmstead is responsible for transporting the animal to the processing facility and submitting the cut sheet. Unless otherwise arranged\/requested by the customer, HillJack Hideaway Farmstead agrees to pick up the processed meat and deliver to the customer’s agreed upon location.
